- If you would like to become a member, you will select "become a member" on the consent form included in your intake paperwork which you will receive after booking a new client visit.
- All intake paperwork for new clients must be completed 2 business days before your scheduled visit. If it is not, your appointment will be rescheduled.
- We currently do not take insurance.
- We only accept credit or debit cards for payments. We do not accept cash or check.
